Self-Compacting Concrete
Self- Compacting Concrete (SCC), also known as Self-Consolidating Concrete, is a highly flow able, but non-segregating concrete that spreads itself under the gravity into places, fills formwork, and encapsulates even the most congested reinforcement, all without any mechanical vibration. This type of concrete was first developed in Japan in the late 1980s. DMIX has a team of concrete specialists who are highly experienced in the design and quality control of SCC. Our self-compacting concrete offers premier level of self consolidation property, which nobody else can provide.
High-Rise Pumping
The high performance pump for which there are almost no limits. Equipped with piston pump 2100 x 200 mm, Output up to 102 m³/h, pressure up to 220 bar (theory max). The world is now moving into a whole new era of high-rise construction. This revolution has had a positive impact on ready mixed concrete companies to have highly flow-able high strength concrete designs and to procure high-end pumping machinery. With 6 batching plants, Over 70+ transit mixers and 10+ mobile pumps, Dubai Readymix Concrete can produce, deliver and pump 440 cubic meter of concrete per hour.
Twelve large aggregate storage bins can store material sufficient enough to produce 4500m3 of concrete without replenishing.
